Mindcamp Chile 2026: Emergence/y

Mindcamp Chile 2026 will take place from Thursday, January 8 to Sunday, January 11, 2026. And it has a theme: Emergencia.

In Spanish, the word Emergencia carries two meanings at once: It means emergence — something that rises, surfaces, comes to light. But it also means emergency — something urgent, demanding immediate action.

Since we couldn’t translate that, we decided to combine them into one concept: Emergence/y (you may pronounce it as “emergensay”).

It’s about what is ready to emerge — insights, connections, transformations that have matured within us and are ready to move into the world.

At the same time, it’s about what cannot wait — what is urgent to express, to activate, and to put into action. Because the world can’t wait any longer.

A Journey Through the Past Years

• In 2020, with Vision, we searched for clarity in a world that soon showed us its complexity.

• In 2023, Connection reminded us of the importance of human bonds, of real encounters after isolation.

• In 2024, Present brought us back to the here and now, to being truly available for what happens.

• In 2025, with Real, we were challenged to take Mindcamp into everyday life, to make what we experienced true and concrete beyond this space.

Now, in 2026, as all that has matured, it is time for Emergence/y.

Mindcamp Chile 2026 is the space to ask yourself:

• What is surfacing in me that needs to be shared?

• What calls for urgent action beyond Mindcamp?

• What change am I ready to create in the world now?

This is why we say that Mindcamp Chile 2026 is in a State of Emergencia.

Our New Venue: Centro El Almendro

This 2026 we will gather at El Almendro, a hotel immersed in nature, less than an hour from Santiago. It has hosted personal and professional development gatherings, yoga retreats, and activities that reconnect people with what truly matters. A place designed to inspire, learn, and create together.
